All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable local couriers such as:
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Main Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days
• Regional / Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Example structure (customise as needed):
• Standard Shipping: R99 flat rate
• Free Shipping on orders over R1,000
• Express Shipping (where available): R150
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect address details
• Failed deliveries due to absence
• Delays caused by the courier
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Click & Collect
If you offer local collection:
We offer free collection from Somerset West.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
